Usually this macdonalds is ok with decent service and decent food. This time I got the chicken wrap and the chicken was dry and very hard. I couldn’t eat half the wrap because of this.

For just a warm drink i give 5 stars, had i eaten probably less (simply because it's macdonalds).
Service... as the preferred ordering systems now those touch screen things, this gets 3.. barely enough to feel a valued customer.
Atmosphere, warm, hard chairs.

Almost the only food place open in Rhyl on a January afternoon. Very mediocre fries, coffee was ok, chicken ok. Place could go with a good clean, especially the toilets.

I had sent my kids down for collection but the staff refused to give them the food, when asked for the code, my kids gave them the code, then the staff told them that they are too young to take delivery, so what was the point in asking them for the code, when I went down and spoke to the manager (Ben) Ben spoke very rude to us with my kids in front of me which was very disgusting behaviour and unprofessional, Ben the manager walked us out and used the f word when saying don’t ever come back again. I tried to ring up when I got back to defuse any situation and I spoke to Ben and he immediately put the phone down.

It was extremely quiet for lunchtime, with only a few other customers, which we found very strange and quiet off-putting to say it was a in the town centre

After my daughter driving to Rhyl to get me a fillet o fish meal I was surprised to see the fish burger was missing. As I’m disabled and housebound I couldn’t go to correct this. Don’t even bother trying to phone the store. I got told various orders for Uber were left for the 25 minutes my daughter was instore. I would advise you give delivery a miss as the wait time can be an hour plus for cold food

I would like to say a well done to the manager and his team. We got there late , just before closing. We had our food and Sat down, in the corner Sat a man who appeared to be asleep, (he looked like someone who would be sleeping on the street). The manager woke him and said they're closing and then offered him a drink or something to eat. I thought that was very kind and caring of him . Duty manager Sunday night 8 Sep 24. Nice to see there are people like that duty manager about today.

Disgusting. The tables were all dirty the toilets were a disgrace. The staff prioritise the food couriers rather than the endless customers in the actual restaurant
